In 1999, Frosty's Decks and Rails was founded; specializing in covering decks with a PVC membrane and attaching handrails on unassisted living facilities all across the United States.

Frosty and Kathy Gash, owners, have been treating people right for the past 40 years. We offer competitive prices and have installed over 200 projects across the country.

We started utilizing vinyl products to solve a problem that has plagued all home and property owners with decks and handrails... waterproofing and rotting wood and rusting handrails!

We specialize in both residential and commercial properties, up to 99 decks per project. We are one of the few companies that provide both deck and handrail services, because we care about the customer needs!
